Our Leadership
Our Story

With a rise in genetic testing, early identification of chromosomal differences is more common than ever. Despite this, support systems, early interventions, and community resources are not keeping pace. As a result, countless children with DNA differences struggle in school and beyond. Crucial early intervention windows are missed, leaving families feeling lost and children unsupported. Chromodiversity was founded to change this.

Bridging the Gap
To change how the world perceives and supports genetic differences, starting with children.
Our Vision
To change how the world perceives and supports genetic differences. Helping kids and families navigate their unique journeys.
Our History
My XXY | Chromodiversity™ Foundation was founded in 2020 as a U.S. non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families affected by genetic and developmental differences. Initially focused on XXY, our mission quickly expanded to other DNA and developmental differences.
The term 'chromodiversity' was introduced to encourage a shift in how genetic diversity is perceived, promoting acceptance rather than medicalization. Much like 'biodiversity' highlights the richness of life and 'neurodiversity' the diversity of minds, 'chromodiversity' offers a way to celebrate the natural variety within human DNA.
Our Mission: To Support, Provide, and Help Children Thrive
With the support of experts, ambassadors, and advisors, our team is dedicated to raising awareness, eliminating stigma, amplifying voices in our communities, and providing actionable resources. Guided by lived experiences, we ensure a compassionate and informed approach in everything we do.

Helping Children Thrive
We are committed to creating extraordinary experiences and support systems for children with genetic differences. From community gatherings to peer mentoring, we foster environments where kids can build confidence, connect with peers, and explore their potential.
Depathologizing Language

We believe words matter. By redefining how we talk about genetic differences, Chromodiversity promotes respect and acceptance for all DNA variations. Our language moves away from medicalized terms to emphasize natural diversity, encouraging inclusivity.
