She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, where she focused her dissertation on the long-term impacts of adverse childhood experiences. This academic background provides her with valuable insights into the complexities of human behavior and the importance of fostering resilience in those affected by genetic differences.

Nina's diverse career includes roles in forensic psychology and e-commerce at LEGO, where she honed her marketing and communication skills. Her work aligns closely with her passion for advocating for individuals with genetic differences and neurodiversity, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to the foundation's initiatives. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nina enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, enriching her understanding of diverse communities and their experiences.
