As the father of a child with an extra X chromosome, Elliot founded My XXY | Chromodiversity™ Foundation in 2020 to transform how the world understands and supports genetic and developmental differences. Deeply inspired by his personal experience navigating the complex healthcare system as a parent, Elliot’s mission is to help families like his access the timely support and resources they need to see their children thrive.

 

Elliot leads the Chromodiversity team in creating innovative platforms like the Chromodiversity Compass™, which offers personalized developmental tracking, and eXtraordinarY eXperiences for eXtraordinarY Kids, a program that helps children discover their strengths. Through initiatives like the 47 Challenge, Elliot is committed to breaking down stigma and raising awareness to ensure every child, regardless of their genetic or neurodevelopmental difference, is celebrated.

 

Before dedicating his career to the healthcare sector, Elliot was a successful entrepreneur, founding TextAppeal, a pioneering company specializing in cross-cultural advertising adaptation, and Social Dividend Global, a consultancy providing market insights for global brands. Now, as a father of four, Elliot channels his personal and professional experiences into creating a world where every child’s uniqueness is embraced and supported.
